i am having major problems with AOL?

idk why but my AOL 9.0 VR is being weird. ever since i re d/led it the other day... it keeps popping up maybe every minute. i use Internet Explorer and my mom uses AOL 9.0, and while I am on Internet Explorer or anything else, the AOL pops up and tells me to sign in and stuff. idk why its doing this. what can i do to stop it.

Shut all programs down.

Uninstall the AOL.

Turn off the computer for 5 minutes.

Turn on the computer and reinstall the AOL.

If this doesn't work, dump AOL and get another ISP; it's not worth your time.
