I have no clues on what to be. I don't want to have to order anything off the internet, and I do have a budget. Any ideas welcome!

well im 14 and im being a dancer like in flash dance its really easy too. u wear leggings legwarmers, ballet flats , a loose off the shoulder top (i got mine at old navy and its rly cute) with a black beater or tank top under neath. u need a headband and a bun and thats it!! hope this helps!

How about a sports lady. Grab your boyfriend, brother or guy buddie's sports jersey and wear a skirt. Do the black paint under the eyes and wear whatever hat goes with your jersey. (If it's a baseball hat or something) Wear sneakers (plus, they're comfy to walk in!) Have fun!!

you could go as some one from the 80's. or..a sleepover princess. i guess it depends on how old you are. sleepover princess (i'm 14 and i did that last year lol) could be for any age. i know a 18 year old who did that. and it really easy too. all you have to do is wear pink PJ's and slippers and find a cheap pink tiara and a pink feather boa and you are ready to go!
