The top half will pretty much resemble an normal human being except with long ocean blue hair and matching coloured eyes and depending on the season, the shade of the colour could vary from deep blue to turquoise. It's teeth would be white but the finger nails will be the same shade of colour as its hair and eyes. The breasts will be hidden underneath its hair.
The bottom half will resemble a large fish tale with scales will be the same shade of colour as its hair and eyes. The fish tale would start right below the bellly button.
