PS3 games produced are on Hd 50gig blueray (more space for better graphics without sacrificing game levels and game size..) GTA4 developers even stated that the game will have better graphics and gaming on the ps3 version and are having issues with the 360 version because of 8gig dvd game format... They may have to make the 360 version on multiple disc so if you like getting out of your chair alot while playing, .....

360-elite games produced on dual layered 8gig dvds
game developers are finding the 360 format to limiting and finding that they have to sacrifice game graphics or gaming levels and challenges...

Ps3 for the extra $20 you get a full HD entertainment system that also surfs the internet. You can goto any website and watch or download videos like YouTube...You can access your email and print it etcc...

Ps3 Blueray hd movie player that also upscales regular dvds movies to HD...It also upscales ps2 games to hd..

All of the above the 360-elite can't do.

THe ps3 8cell broadband processors. CPU-Designed specifically for highspeed calculations (Games Capable of more AI charactors )

360 -elite for wifi you have to pay an additional $100 and online gaming is $50 a year...And for that $50 a year to play online you also get stuck with third party in menu advertising...

To use 60% of what the 360 and elite can do you have to buy the addons and you'll spend over $750 before you even insert a game.

THe elite and new 360s hdmi, 65nm, red ring of death--Microsoft has no Idea what the cause is, You can't fix what you can't find. So yes they are all vulnerable.

Well, based on overall gameplay, i would say the xbox 360. It has many more games and better games. Also, xbox live recently hit 5 million users as opposed to the ps3's 1 million. so, you can get online games going very fast on the 360 as opposed to the ps3 where you will be waiting for a long time to get a single game going, Yes, the 360 forces you to pay 50$ per 13 months. Thats 4$ a month. Smal price to pay. Also, the 360 has rentable online videos for which you don't need an HD player. it also has more game demos. ps3 had 55 games about a month ago(not sure how many they have now, but im betting not above 80). Now, subtracting horrible games and sports games like Madden that havent changed in 10 years, thats about 30 decent games with only Resistance:Fall of Man being truly amazing. The 360 has many more games and many better games. Gow, Halo 3, etc... Also, many ps3 "exclusives" are being ported to the pc or 360 because the ps3 is much less profitable because so few have it. If you buy the 360 elite, you get everything you need to play a game(That other guy said 750$..completely wrong). The elite comes with 120 gigs of space, more than you will ever need, a wireless controller, 1 free month of xbox live, a microphone, HDMI cables. You can pop in a game right away and play.
Now, graphics and feature-wise, the ps3 wins. The ps3 is an all in one entertainment center, with dvd and mp3 player. it also has blueray which gives it better graphics. however, the graphics aren't all that much better and programmers say programming for the ps3 is much more of a challenge. yes, the 360 gets the RRoD but microsoft fixes it every time free of charge.

overall, if you just want a great console, choose 360. if you want an entertainment center, ps3.

People are dumb when they say consoles look better than PC. PC will always be better than console games. In the long run though, a PC will cost you a lot. That's where console have an edge over PC. You have to wonder if a game will work or not in a PC. With a console, you have no worries. To answer the question, PC has better graphics if you have good parts. Don't expect a celeron and some $50 video card to trump a high def console. You need at least a $500 computer and it will be better than console graphics. If you're low on cash, investing in a console would be a better idea. You might not like gaming with keyboard and mouse too.

Looking at the specs, the PS3's graphic capabilities are far superior.

Unfortunately, the CPU is a major pain to work with, which makes supplying the GPU quickly with the data it needs a problem. Also, until PS3 gets at least close to the same marketshare as 360, there's little reason for anyone besides Sony to put in the effort to make PS3 games do anything that couldn't also be done on 360 (so they can port the game later).

When it comes down to it the Xbox 360 is way better... sure you can play Blu Ray dvds... for about the same price as a 360 you can play HD dvds on the 360.... Yes they both have online game play... but the 360's online game play is much more organized and way better... as far as design the 360 is smooth and slick however the ps3 is big and bulky.... both have HDMI (pro version and elite) 360 has way better games as well... you cant play Halo 3 on ps3 can you? NO... Be a wise shopper... go for the Xbox 360

I own both cosole. 360 always seems to have better framerate than ps3 but some titles look better on ps3 than 360 in terms of graphics. I'd really love 360 if not for its noisy drive and no hd drive bulit in.
