The exact same way a girl who has a short skirt can.
Voting involves pulling a lever or touching a computer screen or punching a hole in a piece of paper. I have done all 3, and the state of my pants has never been an issue.
Same for learning to drive - it requires a lot of coordination of motor skills, (no pun intended) but the location of the pants is not a facotr unless they are preventing the feet from being free to move as they need to.
Is your experience in voting or driving any different then that?
BTW, if YA exsited in 1964, I can imagine the same question being asked about long hair instead of low pants!

Your making an argument that makes no sense.
Your comparing a fashion fad to ones ability to operate a motor vehicle? ... or to be able to fill out a ballot?
When bell bottom pants were all the rage, did that interfere with driving? Probably so.
All we hear today about the youth... is how bad they are?
Perhaps we should spend less time complaining about them and more time getting involved with youth groups in a positive way.
The kids I know today are very bright, intelligent, respectful kids with bright futures. They wear some crazyyyy stuff and talk nine hundred miles per hour about things that are sometimes way above my head. They learn at an accelerated rate compared to when I was in High School, most are planning to attend colleges or universities, and many are very optimistic about their futures. Luckily, they do not share the same pessimistic viewpoint of those that think they have very low IQ's.
They show individualism by dressing in a way that is artistically expressive. The fact that we have taught them to be very indivialistic is not a bad thing. They will grow out of those fads and move on to others. JUST LIKE WE DID.
Paying lip service to the problems with today's youth is not going to help anything. You don't like the way things are going......... fine.......... get involved.

I agree. If they do not respect other people, I would not trust them driving a car or voting for that matter. Respect starts with ones self.

Do you really think this young guy is going to vote?
If his mentality doesn't change I doubt he'll be able to afford a car either.

Not to worry, he'll probably never vote anyway and eventually he'll learn to drive well enough after he steals his third or fourth car.

We know how to pull our pants. The reason that we dont is because thats how we like to have them we like baggy pants and big shirts and i do know how to drive.
if a young guy likes small shirts and tight pants or likes wearing pink shirts and tucked in shirts how can you expect them to make progress of their lives
