I don't know if the earth crust consists of Gas besides the many other elements it contains. But even if it did, didn't you know the earths crust is made up of other things too?

The earths crust is mainly solid silica minerals with large amounts of iron and aluminum. These minerals are solid but do contain oxygen and hydrogen as do most minerals and carbon substances like our bodies but these are part of the minerals and are not gases anymore.
