Im pregnant as well and have bad mornig sickness lots of things make me nauseated. So I just make sure I take my prenatal vitamin and If you can't swallow it get some childrens chewable ones they work to and are better than not taking any at all. This may pass within a few weeks and you may feel like drinking milk again and not to worry you shouldn't have any problem with breastfeeding due to this cause just keep on taking you vitamins after you've had the baby
Its not just drinking milk that produces good breast milk for your baby it is an all around healthy diet
good luck

You probably want to be taking some extra calcium over and above the prenatal vitamins.....Ask your doc for suggested intake. Also, if you are taking Prenatal vitamins, and you are sick, make sure you aren't taking pink ones. Whatever it is they use to make it pink causes nausea. MOst health food stores sell a prenatal vite that comes white (all natural) I was very nauseous when preggo, and this helped a bit.

As long as you take your prenatal pills and eat normal meals you should be okay. Try soy chocolate milk, yogurt, cheese, etc., if you can't drink regular milk. Ask your doctor for other alternatives.

Milk is needed to provide Calcium for you and the baby.
There are other excellent sources of Ca, like almond and other nuts, orange juice...

Don't worry and don't force anything you don't feel like eating.

sadly enough, its probably something to do with your weird pregnancy hormones. kind of like all the sensitivity to smells and food cravings. its probably just a phase, and as long as you tell your doctor and they arent concerned then dont worry.
