Gym teachers come in all shapes and sizes. They look and act in much the same way as do other teachers.
Gym teachers tend to be fitter and more interested in sports than others. They are generally adept at handling large numbers of students or crowds.

!?!?!?!??!. You mean what should a gym teacher look like? Heck. I've had ones that were lean and mean, and some that were fat and bald headed. and the fat and bald-headed one was my absolute favorite PE teacher and probably in my top 3 of all time.
