My boyfriend and ex never went to court over custoday battle. She has primary care cause my boyfriend pays child support, even though he has him most of the time. They have a verbal agreement with each other for days to be with mom, days to be with dad. Two days on, two days off, rotate every weekend. Usually, she bails though and he ends up with him anyway, which is fine. But when she gets mad at my bf, she'll refuse to give him his son. What papers in the Wisconsin court system does he get and file for days to be established through the court system? Does anyone know exactly what papers? I know I can get all the papers from the WI State Bar website, but there isn't a clear tutorial on which papers we need.

What boyfriend needs is a lawyer. If what you say is accurate he may save more in child support than the lawyer will cost.

That is the problem, no court orders. It is called visitation rights, let the Judge make it a court order, then if she refuses are messes up, she can be filed on for contempt of court. Always go through the court, this way, law is on your side.

In the state where I live it's a parenting plan. My ex wife and I filled one out when we divorced. She doesn't really stick to it but if I wanted to be a hard @ss I could get the court to enforce it.

It's normally called a parenting plan. If you have the form but are unsure how to fill it out you need to hire a lawyer.
