Go back in time about 350 years and make the original purchase :)

Otherwise, you are going to have to find out who already owns the rights, if anyone, and that is a very complex matter as I am sure you can understand.

Once you find who that is, then negotiate and buy the rights from them, if they are still in effect.

Hope you were not hoping to start digging this weekend - maybe in about 35 years you can have it all straightened out!
