I need costume help!!!!!!!?

has anyone here seen the movie el Dorado? I want to be the character chel for Halloween!!! She is so awesome. I don't know how to make her costume but im ok with arts and crafts so i think i could do it i just need help. My hair is already long and really dark brown im really tan so is there away to make what she wears???? If you know please tell me!!! Though i dont have a sewing machine.

You could just wear a leotard and wrap some fabric around you for the pieces. Don't do it without the leotard, that's just too skanky.
