You can buy 3 different feather boas in the craft store, one light green, one orange and one yellow, and intertwine them around a styrofoam wreath, or you can poke individual feathers into a styrofoam wreath, or you can buy a white feather boa, paint dyes on it to get your colors, and then attach that to a styrofoam wreath.

I was looking about these on the internet and they are very cute. Not very popular but cute. I think if you want one, then you should buy one. They are a little pricey and will only be stuffed away in a box somewhere after the baby is home. I would save your money for diapers and baby wipes.
