witch one is better arizona or NEW YORK CITY?

Arizona - assuming Phoenix area - is warm all year round, wicked hot in the summer. Great place to live if your over 65. If your younger than 65, it can be boring & it's affordable. Closer to Mexico (Cabo) and Hawaii.

NYC - 4 seasons, don't need a car, tons of things to do, in other words it isn't boring. Closer to the ocean, closer to Europe. Cost of living is extremely high.

Which is better, depends your idea of better.
