I want to buy a pair of nice abercrombie jeans on ebay, but what if they don't fit right? Can I return them for my money back?

You need to check with the seller. They should provide all measurements and sizes. Most sellers also have a return policy. However, most sellers don't look too kindly on buyers who return due to not liking the item and some won't allow it. They are required to accurately describe the item though so if they provide measurements and sizes, you should be able to tell if they will fit. Also, you should know that if they allow returns, you'd be footing the bill for the return shipping and often sellers do not refund shipping, only the item price amount. So, be sure they'll fit before buying to save yourself and your seller a lot of hassle.

IVe gotten things on ebay , and returned a few
you should see if you can contact the seller on the return policy. most won't take clothed back

it's more likely than returning the clothes to the owner because they will usually have the measurements on the listing and you can only return if it's not what was pictured/described. Or if it doesn't fit, just resell it on your own and buy someting else.

If you are in the uk you are covered by the distance selling something act they if they are a trader they have to refund the purchase price but not the cost of postage either way.

by law you should be able to return anything you buy online under the distance purchase act.

Usually if they are faulty. Not just because you got wrong size or similar. See sellers offer first.
