Knock the dust and stuff off of them by running hot water over them. Then use your cotton shirt to wipe off the oils.

Warm water, a little liquid hand soap, and a nice soft towel to dry them. Don't use paper towels or kleenex as the microscopic wood fibers can scratch the lenses. I do this every morning, I hate dirty glasses.

I open my dishwasher mid cycle and hold my glasses in the hot steam.Cleans them a treat.
