Okay my computer keeps turning off by its self and pops up with this blue screen saying i need to turn it off and restart so i restart and it will stay on for about 10 minutes and then it turns right back off and does it all over again? im guessing this is a virus..?

You have guessed incorrectly. The BSOD or Blue Screen Of Death will tell you what is wrong (mostly in techie speak). This normally has things to do with RAM, Hard Disk failure or other hardware items. Boot the system in "SAFE" mode and see if the problem continues. You can repost the results for further assistance.

Oh you catch a Virus...! It happens to me same as you areexperiencing tho..
Try R-formatte your system just like I did and it turns out well again....
After doin that make sur to have a good Anti Virus device and Firewall ...
Have Norton 360 or Kaspersky AV...

Hi. It is almost certainly malware of some kind (and you will get lots of good advice from the good folks at Y!A) but check to make sure you are not over heating.

It may be overheating. If so, you may need to clear the ventilation slots of obstructions, clean the dust out of the case or replace a fan or power supply.
