Yes, try looking up Mission blvd in Ontario and then drive east. There is a gorgeous field and railroad track that runs along side it. You can get on the gas good there too.
Also another good place to get on the gas is a street called Alessandro in the city of Moreno Valley. The street stretches on for miles and miles and you can really get to know your bike.

You didn't say -which- California.
If it's -northern- California, the peninsula is full of great roads. Hwy 35, 9, 84 to the coast. Hwy 1 down the coast, and up through Marin. In the East Bay there's Skyline/Grizzly Peak and Redwood Road down to Castro Valley.
In fact just look at a map. Any squiggly lines away from towns where there aren't a lot of intersections is very likely a great MC road!

Mulholland hwy, The Rock Store, Decker cyn.
Hwy 33 past Ojai and The Deer lodge into Los Padres National forest, through Ventucopa and on to Santa Maria or detour east towards Frazier Park.
Azusa cyn , Angeles Crest hwy, Tujunga cyn.
Excellent riding and nice scenery.
That should keep you busy for a few days.
