How could you seperate drugs in your bloodstream and just your blood? What seperation technique would be used?

There is no "your bloodstream" or "just your blood." A sample of your blood would be separated into serum plus platelets or plasma. A tester would analyze plasma or serum to see what's there. If it turns up drugs, then that's the result.
