Since "listed" is commonly used in real estate sales, I am going to assume you want to list a portion of your house for sale.

Unless there is a law in your state that allows you to segregate your property for that portion directly beneath your subject portion "the porch" the answer is NO. Selling "the porch" without the underlying land is considered personal property and is not commonly "listed". You can however place it for sale under the classified section.

even though you have several answers I think your looking for one about the porch not being level? if so check the support for the porch as well as the posts that hold the porch up. Chances are things are settling. You may be able to save it if it is not that bad yet by jacking up the structural supports and shimming them in place. if the entire foundation is sinking you may want to have a contractor come out and give you an estimate. Sometimes a detailed estimate can give you enough info to decide whether this is something you want to tackle yourself

Unlikely. If a part of a property is interesting they would normally list the whole building to protect the interesting bit. Sometimes an outbuilding, barn, or old wall could be listed.
