Start something brand new in your life. Start meditating. Start painting. Start writing poetry. ANYTHING. Let your life from here on be a new beginning instead of just the aftermath of a suicide attempt. I started writing poetry after I attempted suicide and it changed my life. At first my poetry was very dark and moody but now it's more positive. I hope you feel better.

You forgive yourself. You love yourself. You become your own best friend - doing things that a best friend of yours would do for you.

If you're still hurting, seek help from a professional.

Realize the past is the past. Today is a new day and a new chance to start all over. Be happy and thankful you have this chance. Life can be alot of fun.

By facing your Problems & the World, and telling God- "Alright; I'm gonna stick it out. But I'm going to do it MY way. So give me your BEST shot..." ...-And you know what?- That actually WORKS!!! It WON'T be easy... -But one day- you'll be GLAD you did!!! :)
