I have 13 of cash advances out with a total of over $2,000 n I don't have the money to pay them off. How can I get out of this mess. Someone please help!!

Short of declaring bankruptcy, I don't think you have any choice but to pay them. This is why cash advances are generally a bad idea.

None, other than to pay them off. Those companies have the collection process down to a science. If you read the agreement carefully you will find that it is always in your best interest to pay them off on time, and as soon as possible.
Those late fee's & charges build up very fast.
P.S. l'm curious as to how you were able to get 13 of them?
Were they all with the same company or did you use various
places?

Start looking for sources for cash. Have a garage sale, sell blood, collect alum cans, get a second job -- pizza delivery has flexible hours, and you get the leftover pizza.

Tackle them one at a time. It's a really deep hole you've dug but paying them is your only way out.
