is garlic good to eat in pregnancy?

Overall garlic is fine - as has already been mentioned, it is considered to have positive effects upon the heart and vascular system.

One point to bear in mind is if you take large doses, it may taint your breast milk - so I don't know how it will be received by your child when he/she is born. The best person to speak to is either a health or homoeopathy professional

I did a quick search on google - using keywords: "homoeopathy garlic breastmilk" - surprisingly, some babies like the taste and appear to thrive on it.

I'll leave you to make up your own mind:

as long as you can stomach the taste or its smell. When I was pregnant with my son I could not even catch the faintest whiff of garlic and I was heading for the restroom it was terrible. But now with this pregnancy I am totally fine with it. Good Luck!

Good? Possibly. Harmful? Not at all.

In fact, garlic (dietary supplement form) is given to people with heartburn as a natural remedy - so it shouldn't be of any concern as far as hurting you or the baby.

Good luck!!!
