If the drugs in question are hard and the person gets an addiction, such as alcohol, heroin or coke, then yes, that is very likely. But loads of things can make people change, and loads of things go along with other things (like drugs - if hes depressed than drugs could be another symptom instead of the cause for example), so its hard to pinpoint.
Drugs only become a problem if they are a lifestyle rather that an occasional recreational activity. I couldnt help you more without knowing more about the situation you are reffering to, but if he isnt addicted, (mentally or phisically), and doesnt take drugs that often, then you can't blame the drugs.

Possibly yes, but i suspect it is a combination of drugs and pier pressure. Paranoia is a side affgect of cannibis, i can vouch for that which could make someone secrative or inconfident to express themselves which looks like the same thing And i suspect the intimidating women bit, if it has just started, is a peer pressure thing. I never known drugs to do that to someone

Drugs can turn a guy or a woman into a completely different person, just as you describe: paranoid, secretive, violent, (and) sexually permissive. It happened to a relative or mine, and the only thing to do is stay away. You cannot be responsible for someone who is a danger to yourself. Your own sanity comes first. For your own good, STAY AWAY. He will hit rock bottom and ask for professional help.
Good luck! Hope you follow my advice.

It wouldnt really change your attitude, yea maybe you start thinking"Oh wow im so cool because i started smoking even though im gonna die sooner or later" and you think thta makes you cool, or you try to act cool.
But it does change you in some other way. Lets say the drugs mess up your body and brain, you constantly feel tired and dizzy, this makes you agressive thats the way in which you would change.

Oh yes drugs can completely change a person's personality, look at crack addicts they sometimes steal from their own mothers to get money for a fix. It can take over your whole being and the drug is then in charge. It isn't pretty.

Drugs turn human beings into creatures so unless this nice guy was suddenly diagnosed with a mental disease, he won't be a normal, nice guy until he kicks the drugs.

i guess it could, i don't know much about drug's effects. it could be because of a number of other causes too. I know a guy who does crack and he's pretty fucked up in the head but i don't know what he was like before he started.
