I need a general idea of what tools, life style, and techonolgy (if any) were around 10,000 years back. I'm supposed to be writing about this movie we saw in history. I DO NOT have to research life 10,000 years back, i just need to find difference and it is not part of our requirements to research, so do not think I am cheating in any way.

10,000 YEARS AGO!

10,000 years ago, needless to say, the world was an extremely different place.

The last surviving species of hominid besides Homo sapiens, a pygmy race in the Indian Ocean that hunted kimodo dragons, had already died off 5000 years before (as distant as the Egyptian pyramids are to us). The Ice Age was long since waning. Through most of the world, people lived in small hunting tribes consisting of a male, his children, and several women--male kin groups like this would periodically join together for the sake of cooperative hunting ventures, and very likely, religious festivals. "Hunting/gathering" was the way of the land--women would likely stay home and care for the children and the camps while men from different kin groups joined together to hunt large game. Women probably also hunted in some cultures--they probably helped forage when the going got tough virtually everywhere.

Life was dangerous--it was a violent time, there were always diseases, and virtually nothing could be done in the event of a medical emergency. It must have been very hard. Then again, these early humans probably looked at the animals around them and realized that they were a lot better off, with stone tools to help them survive and the possibility of language and communication. The presence of art shows that there was also an understanding of beauty--tribes probably gathered over campfires to share stories of the distant past when their ancestors had survived the great Ice Fields and killed off the savage Neanderthals from Europe.

In one very special part of the world, something new was on the rise, even in 8000 BC. One of the world's first cities, Jericho, was being constructed by industrious humans who traded local other communities in salt and other luxury items, needing a place to base themselves in the fertile Jordan River Valley. And along the Nile and the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, people were increasingly experimenting with growing their own food and harnessing the power of wild animals to help them, breeding the tamest ones together. These were the first stirrings of civilization...but there was a long way to go. Before organized kingdoms arose in Egypt, Mesopotamia, the Indus Valley, and China, another 5000 years would go by--again, as distant as the pyramids are to us. It was take millennia for people to learn to cooperate, organize armies, and harness the power of nature more effectively with new technologies, like metallurgy. Even then, most of the world still moved from place to place, hunting and gathering, and telling stories of how hard life was back in the old days.

Cheers to our forgotten ancestors!

Hadza people are a testament to some of the oldest tribes living collection methods hunting, living around Lake Eyasi in central Tanzania. It is the tribe that did not change the presence of primitive order more than 10,000 years. Can control the tribal hunter compound of Africa one occasion as the last active Hadza tribes collect fishing. Before control DNA samples, can not be linked with any gathering Hadza generally known or another tribe of dwarves. Their language is mostly composed of clicks, and this shows the complete isolation of the language Hadza, both traditionally and technically.

Part of it's guessing, however the guesses don't seem to be simply out of skinny air. Usually we will appear at equipment, art work(cave art work), and different units from circa 10,000 years in the past. We can not be special, however we will supply a logical bet.

A few thousand years after the great flood the new homo sapiens were repopulating the world. Our alien creator or creators were watching to see how their latest attempt at humans was going. A new civilization was just starting out. 10,000 years later, here we are.

Seeing how the human race was started by aliens, I bet there were a number of spaceships traveling around our planet.

Life was pretty cool back then. TV was all black and white, though.
