craigslist.org would have some part time jobs there.

also try hilltop mall in richmond - either some store in the mall or even in the food court hires 16 yr olds. I am not sure you need a worker's permit because of your age but check to be sure.

you may look for some intern job,because you are under 18yo.

many jobs in casino or surrounding stores, supermarkets but you have to wait 2 more years.

study hard to go colleage, that is more important.
