Since it's the state who passed the law & enforces the roads (state, county, & city) ... well, is there guidlines similar to alcohal: IE: 1 drink with food wait an hour.

The THC is absorbed into the brownie mix making it less dangerous and sometimes more powerful. It all depends on the body type, gender, etc.

I wouldn't go by any guidelines since the amount of pot in a brownie can vary as well as an individual's resistance the THC can vary greatly as well.
