Activate your brain, your body will follow. U just feel u have no energy, at that point u still have 87 % left in the tank.
More worse, what do u do when u know u have a lot of energy but no work?

Do a little and often, decide on the things that need doing urgently and then do that 1st. Maybe check with your doctor to see if there is an underlying reason why you have no energy, ask yourself if you are getting enough sleep, if your diet is healthy - JUST LOOK AFTER YOU okay and hopefully you will get answers All the best

Go get your favorite caffeinated beverage. For me, that's an iced mocha from Starbucks. Then nake a list and start with the easiest, quickest things to do. Cross them off with a fat red marker when you're done with each one. That way you'll feel like you're making a lot of progress in a short amount of time and you won't feel guilty taking a nap later.

What I usually do is determine a half way point and decide on a prize,(like a green tea frapachino or something you like),then I continue to work it and by no time the job is completed.(sometimes the big jobs are nothing more than a few little jobs in disguise).Hang in there and keep at it..

When I have work to do, and am exhausted, I grab for a couple of Red Bulls-they have caffeine and B-vitamins that give you plenty of energy.

Ah, it's just cause and effect - you have no energy because you have a lot of work to do. If you had nowt to do, you'd have bags of energy with which not to do it...

ok first don't rush yourself major no no. you need to sit down and plan it out think of whats the most important and then what can wait til tomorrow to be done. i thinl the reason you don't have much energy is because your doing wayyy too much your over doing it. try to do things one time at a time PASTE YOURSELF. do alittle then take a break

What ever you do don't take energy drinks like Red Bull they just make you crash later. Try something like coffee or tea or just put it off till later

Get a bottle of wine, do the work whille having a few glasses, think it's great. Go to bed, wake up and panick that the work is sub-standard but go with the flow because it's too late to do it again. Get away with it and vow never to do it again. 2 months later....
