Only if it's with someone you know personally.
900-numbers and "976" numbers are all toll numbers that charge you extra per minute. Any of the 800-numbers you may see advertised for phone sex (or anything close) typically give you a few minutes free, then transfer you to a 900-number.
Besides.... why in the world would any company hire people to do that AND pay for the call? Where would they get the money to pay for them?

If you want to call a professional phone sex company then no it is not free. Most will start with a 1-800 number and then tell you to call or redirect you to a 1-900 number. The normally don't charge any less than .99 cents a minute. Most are real expensive though. If it's with someone you know then of course it's free, unless you are calling collect or long distance of course. By the way, phone sex is not what it is cracked up to be. It's rather boring.

The theory of 'Phone Sex' and it's practice is completely free however, the companies that over this service by connecting you with a stranger is just the opposite. These services are almost always on very expensive lines (in the region of £1 per minute).
My advice would be get someone you know to co-operate or keep it in your pants!

Nothing in life is "free". This thing just happens to cost more than most other things in life. Grow up, get a good job, get a nice girlfriend / wife and you won't need phone sex.

NO PHONE SEX IS NOT FREE. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY BY MINUTE. SOME PHONE SEX NUMBERS WILL HAVE A 1 800 NUMBER, MEANING ITS TOLL FREE, BUT WILL THEN ASK FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND STUFF, SO TO CALL THE MENU IS FREE, NOT THE CONVERSATION.
THE ONLY WAY TO GET IT FOR FREE IS TO HAVE PHONE SEX WITH SOMEONE YOU KNOW.

My friend, just find a good woman, get to know her, go steady with her, then marry and love her for who she is. This way, you NEVER EVER have to worry about "free" phone sex.
