Tom Osborne will be announcing he accepted the Athletic Director position @ Nebraska and Gary Crowton(LSU OC) is going to be the next head coach.
I know it's not a question, but I wanted to throw it out as soon as I heard it.

After his play calling cost us an easy victory at Kentucky, I say to hell with him. Congratulations to Nebraska!

Nebraska needs to hire Greg Peterson away from Washington State. He was an assistant under Bill Snyder at Kansas State and was the recruiting coordinator there as well as co offensive coordinator and receivers coach. He is presently recruiting coordinator at Washington State as well as tight ends coach. He is a Nebraska native and understands the tradition that is Husker football. I'm a K-State fan myself and HATE Nebraska but I've always respectd the program under Dr. Tom and even Frank. What tahe A.D. did to your traditions is unforgivable and I'm happy that you are back on track. I look forward to the time soon when a win over the Huskers means something again. Anyway Greg Peterson is a stand up guy, very similar to Dr. Tom in personality and would do you guys a great job. Check him out. Don't forget what the Snyder line of coaches can do.....Bob Stoops, Mike Stoops, mark Mangino, Brett Billema, need I go on? Good luck guys!!!

Nebraska would do good to pick somebody like Chris Petersen (Boise St) who has some experience winning and beating Big 12 teams. Crowton would be a good choice, but Nebraska might be a step down even at head coach and he has only been at LSU one year right? I hope someone shows up to put life back into Nebraska.

Tom Osborne was announced as interim AD today. He would make a great permanent AD. As far as Gary Crowton is concerned, I have no idea what you're talking about. But, he has to be better than Bill Callahan.
