Thought could be described as the Minds way of expressing the influence of the Spirit. The body has no thought processes outside of the brain so that part at least is irroneous.

A thought uses all three. You use your mind to conjure the thought, the body shows your thoughts, and the spirit, is responding to your thought(the thought in general).

Mind, definitely. We have no spirit. Our body is just a physical manifestation of certain molecules. Our brain is part of our body that does the thinking. So, maybe I could say that our body thinks.
