Vince probably didnt like ecw too begin with, so too piss us ECW fans off...revived it...changed it...and killing it.

ECW will never be what it once was. If he just let Heyman run it, and stayed out of his business, then it would be ok.

Vince's ECW was never the ECW that an original ECW fan wanted..possibly except the ECW One Night Stand 2005 and 2006...The 2007 One Night Stand was a nightmare for the classic fans..
Cena vs Khali??!!
Lashley vs Vince??!!
Vince walking into the match with the ECW Championship on his shoulder..How disrespectful!!
Vince is killing ECW real fast as you said...ECW roster with 4-5 real wrestlers with true wrestling ability??!!(of course you cannot count Extreme Expose,Miz e.t.c. as wrestlers)

Vince's ECW sucks a long time ago...
Cause OK!they had put some good matches from real wrestlers like CM Punk,John Morrison,Elijah Burke e.t.c but they have never given an opportunity to an ECW Original(except Sabu & RVD)

What an ECW can this be without most of its originals??
Without Sandman,RVD,Sabu and Tommy Dreamer(Ok..he is on the roster but in what level...a jobber??You have got to be kidding me Vince!!!)

Maybe that was his plan...or that was possibly wrong choices and decisions too...

Smackdown and ECW joining it could be better not only for the ECW but for WWE generally...but yes!!seeing Batista two times is too much for me.I can't afford that!!
I hope that Taker will show up twice a week and try to save the things up...

Sorry for this long answer but that's why i feel....

ECW was a joke when it returned, since it quickly became a dumping ground for for talent with contracts Vinnie didn't want to buy-out or to simply sit at home drawing paychecks. So you had wrestlers knowing they were basically done with receving any push and were on a show that had zero ratings.

Vinnie was cutting Heyman a check during a significant portion of the intial ECW run and had a working agreement to bring talent into WWE, so it isn't as if he didn't have an "insider's" knowledge of that company. But when it returned it was never going to get a financial push to compete with HIS shows...RAW or Smackdown.

This second run for ECW was ill-conceived and was never going to be a separate brand name from the other WWE shows. With the consolidation of contracts, it will now only be a vehicle to give talent on Smackdown another venue for storylines.

This is very disappointing news. As far as the comments made about this possibly being just a bad decision on the company's part, I doubt it. They have been making bad decisions since the attitude era ended, it will be interesting to see how this all pans out within the next year. As for the future: I see many more releases (Bye Bye Dreamer:()
