I use just the yolk for Hollandaise sauce...Just the whites for meringue.

My co-worker makes egg white omelletes. I tell her it isnt an omellete. Its just an egg white thingy cooked in a pan.

Healthy food should have completely different names.

u use egg whites in Meringue (sp?) ^_^
chocolate mousse ..
and u use egg yolk in ........ eeeeeeeerrrrr ?? don't know ^_^
