When I turned 22:
I was working full time as a retail manager and I hated it. I wanted to start an actual career, and then I did! I became a bank teller, which is a more respectable and enjoyable job.
I still partied like I did when I was younger, but not as much, and not as wild. Plus, I didn't go to house parties anymore, I started partying in bars. Which I liked, but it was more expensive.
I was in a serious relationship (still am) with someone I knew I was going to marry one day, and I liked it. Sometimes though, I wished I was younger, and single, but going out and partying is nothing compared to a full relationship.
I wished that I was still in school, because I dropped out. I should have finished, which is what most of my 22 year old friends did.
I like being 22, but it is confusing. You are old enough to start thinking about the future, but still resisting thinking about it because you are so young still.
I was confused....I didn't know who I should be..
Should I be out partying still, or should I grow up?
Should I be single, or should I be with someone for the long run already?
Should I go back to school and have a part time job, or should I start on my future life right now?
I learned to just go where ever life takes you. If it feels right, then it's right.
I hope this helps...I'm still 22, and I'm still figuring things out.

I am also 22. I work full time as a receptionist and I got to school part time. Right now, I am unhappy with how my life is. I don't really know what I want to do with my life, I am single (and have been for a while) and I just moved out on my own. I still party once in awhile and live life, but I am in the same boat as you...confused. As the girl above me said, I'm not sure if I should be married by now and graduated from college, but I'm not. I am simply trying. Trying to make it in the real world and trying to achieve happiness, but when everyone around you is married w/ kids and/or graduated from college, it makes you feel left behind and kinda crappy. Sorry I wasn't helpful, but I shared a little bit of myself with you.

When I was 22, I moved in with my boyfriend. We got sensible jobs after college and shared a cute apartment. We partied on the weekends and felt like grown-ups. It was fantastic. We kept life simple and fun. We saved for our future, but really enjoyed the time we had and the freedom.
We were so glad to be out on our own and eventually we got married. Now we have a baby and though that's a wonderful thing, we wish we could share with her our little apartment. Life with a house and 2 cars and tons of stuff isn't all it's cut out to be. It's a blessed life, but we miss the simplicity of our old life. The early 20's were awesome, but honestly, from where we stand it just keeps getting better.

I'm 22 right now and i am in the middle of writhing a novel and an autobiography for money i work part time in a head shop and blowing glass pipes. I used to be a chef but I've spent my time at age 22 so far by quitting my job and starting at the head shop. reading as much as possible i found a new found love in information, trying to learn as much as i could. Really intrigued with astronomy and physics. I've also spent copious amounts of time eating a lot of mushrooms, smoking mass amounts of marijuana and dmt and consuming as much LSD as i can get my hands on. trying to find myself perhaps, who knows. People just have to do their own thing sometimes, in order to see what right and worthwhile. But i know that I've not wasted one moment of this year and i won't waste one for the rest of it. I've learned a great deal and will continue to learn more, so yea i guess i like being twenty two.

Working Full-time and taking care of my son who was 2 years old at the time. Spent time with his father, friends and family to remain sane.
If I could change anything about being 22....I would have stayed in college, moved me and my son back in with my parents and worked part-time.
Other than that, life is what it is. You take care of your responsibilities and have a little fun and or leisure time to enjoy yourself and always reward yourself for all the hard work you've done.

I guessed you have been 22 or you does not be asking the question. you're able to no longer shout "10 factors for the ideal answer" because you're drawing human beings's interest for the incorrect reason. it is not rather proper to care approximately what human beings anticipate because you're no longer likely to steer your life in accordance to what human beings prefer. you're very youthful: it's time to have exciting, according to danger seem for a job - by potential of that age,you complete college - and detect a respectable guy or woman to spend it slow with - in case you sense prefer to. we are residing in an era the place there are not ideal a while to do regardless of this is. Time is greater versatile, priorities replace each and all the time so lead your life in accordance on your expectancies,no longer others'.
