I think that Putin's remarks should not be taken lightly.I read some time back about Russia's involvement.I don't know why this girl is talking about dogs. This issue is not about military,or political might at all.

I know that Iran need help in certain situations, but Putin is dangerous. He has nuclear weapons he can use in an instant, and I have no doubt that he would use them if it came down to it. Nobody should have nuclear weapons, because we've all seen the effects of nuclear explosions (Chernobyl, etc), and we know the damage and devastation they cause. This situation is scary, because if the USA are aggressive towards Iran, I dread to think what the consequences will be.

It was carefully crafted and only warned us if we carried out an aerial attack launched from bases and air stations in former Soviet Socialist Republics in Central Asia. Of course we have no intention of doing such a thing. We don't need to use bases in Khazakstan (we have none there), Uzbekistan and Kygrzstan. Manas Air Base in Kyrgzstan is used only for the launching and recovery of refueler aircraft. We have sufficient air assets in Iraq and Afghanistan along with those on an island off Qatr, coupled with a base on Diego Garcia and aircraft on board our carriers. Whatever President Putin's faults might be, he sure knows how to read a map so that the emptiness of his threat is apparent to others who can read maps as well.

I think it means we'd better think TWICE about how we handle Iran for the remainder of the Bush Administration. Bush & Putin are no longer the "chums" they one were... :(

it is my personal opinion that small dogs bark the loudest and big dogs dont because they know that they are stronger and smarter.
Iran's leader is a small dog with a loud bark. The USA is a big dog with enough know-how to ignore this small dog!
