Yes. Absolutely. And the more I tell myself "not to worry", the more I find myself worrying. I worry because I am worrying. It's a vicious cycle really. No wonder I keep a d*mn headache.

Yeah at times I do tend to worry too much especially over things that I either have no control over.

No, worry is a wasted emotion. If it happened yesterday, there's nothing that can change it. If it might happen tomorrow, tomorrow might never come. Today, do not worry, do whatever you can about it, anything, and everything. Then know you have done your best, and your best is all you can do.

Probably... I try not to... logic tells me it's not worth much to worry... if I can fix it, I should do so. If I can't, worry makes no difference. Logic doesn't have much effect on worry though, I'm afraid...
