AAAAHHHH yes the stock crash, me. being a intelligent bussness amn smelt it coming and sold all my shares at their peak, then when the market crashed i was ok, my has reduced in price so the mortgage was payed in the click of some guys fingers and i was on the road to sucsess. And i'm still on that road, with the occasional break down in a car slower than a bycle but i'm getting there i'm getting there. After a while i became depressed with the suicides thanks to the people losing there money, it was a terrible time. But i have watched the world economically repair itself. I foyu where alive back then i'm sure you share my pain, if you whern't, good on you, may you never have such an experiance.

I was "recovering" from the Whittier Narrows Earthquake. It occured Oct. 2, 1987. Shook me up something fierce. My friends had to stay with me for the first 3 weeks after it hit. I was afraid to be alone at night.

i don't remember today but i do remember that the 19th is black monday( the day the stock market crashed in 1987

What's the day sweetie? I probably curled my hair in an obnoxious way that day. I also probably fanned my bangs out too. I put on a turquoise tattered and torn Madonna top. I folded the bottoms of "my boyfriend's jeans" and rolled them up. I put on Adidas and harsh makeup. I sang "Like A Virgin" while getting ready. I spent the day saying "Like yea, like really, like."

I was where I always am, at home or at work. Jessica McClure, the toddler in Texas that fell down the well and was trapped for several days, was rescued that day. And my nephew celebrated his 17th birthday.
