The Titans and Texans have actually won some games this year. Also the Colts beat TB by 19 points, but you don't hear everyone on here saying how the Colts "crushed" TB, like the Pats fans are saying about the Pats beating Cleveland by 17 points and Dallas by 21. Dallas fell apart in the second half, but hung with the Patriots the whole first half.
Also, at the end of the TB game, Bethea intercepted a ball and laid down, so as not to rub it in TB's faces. He could have easily ran the ball all the way for a TD. At the end of one of NE's games, someone intercepted and went ahead and ran the ball in for a touchdown, when the game was definitely over. I think it was actually the Cleveland game. It isn't always accurate to compare points only. You have to consider everything that happened in a game and who they were playing.
The Steelers are just as good at the Patriots or the Colts, records aren't everything.
It is still sad that Patriot fans continue to allege that other teams cheat, so therefore it is ok. It is not ok, and I can state with utmost certainty that Tony Dungy has never cheated nor will ever cheat.

It's amusing to see how many Pats fans are so confident that their team is going to beat the Colts. I call that arrogance.
I'm a Colts fan, but I'm not gonna claim Colts to be the best until they prove it on the field. For now, I will concede that the Pats has the best statistics and Tom Brady will probably break Peyton Manning's record. But what matters the most is the playoff games. It doesn't matter if the Pats beat the Colts or Cowboys in the regular season if they choke in the playoff like what the Colts did 2 years ago.
For now, the elite teams in the AFC are the unbeaten ones (Colts and Pats) plus Steelers. For the NFC, the elite teams are the Cowboys and the Packers. You have to count the NFC teams as well since you cannot have 2 AFC teams in the Superbowl.

Yes, I believe it should be the Pats and Colts as the elite teams...both teams are comparable with the Colts running game a little better than the Pats, but the Pats D is better than the Colts...and both teams have future Hall of Fame QB's in Peyton and Brady...
We should ALL be happy, as NFL fans, that we will be able to have these two teams square off every year...I mean how exciting is it when these teams annually meet in the AFC playoffs? The only way it would be better is if one of the teams were in the NFC, so they could meet in the Super Bowl every year. These are def the two elite teams in the NFL, and it should stay that way for the next 5 years at least. The Steelers are a tough team, but they are a distant third.

They should be ranked like this:
1: Colts
2: Patriots
Who won the Superbowl last year? Who is the current champions of the NFL?
The Colts
There's an old saying, "To be the man, you've got to beat the man."
Last check, Colts were undefeated, and have won the last three meetings against The Patriots, including an epic come from behind win over the Patriots in the AFC Championship game.
So why exactly are the Patriots better than the Colts? Because they ran the score up on the Dallas Cowboys? I've got news for you, The Colts could run up the score on anyone they play, but that is not their way. Tony Dungey isn't the kind of guy to rub it in to anyone.
Facts, The Colts have been running the ball, did so for 250+ yards in their last game without Addai. If Peyton felt the need to show up the Bucs, if they were arrogant like the Patriots, then he could have totally had his way with them.
I don't care how many points the Patriots are scoring. The Colts did that a few years ago. The Rams did that a few years ago. The years they both put up a billion points, neither of them walked away with a championship.
It doesn't matter if you are able to run the score up on the Jets, Bills, and Dolphins. I'm not impressed. That is the worst divison in football.
The AFC South on the other hand, every team has a winning record. Find another division that strong.
The Colts just get the job done.

Just the Pats, man. That will be proven in a couple of weeks. The Colts have not earned it yet. As you point out, they have struggled against teams far inferior to the Cowboys.

It should just be Pats. The Pats/Colts game is going to be a monumental let down just like the Pats/Cowboys game. The Pats/Steelers game will be amusing too but I dont think anyone thinks the Steelers can win that game anyways.

just the pats!
using cameras didnt help them win..
the only reason why they got in trouble is because the coach who used to work for belichek (cant spell his name) betrayed him and told people about it. i'm not saying it's right.. but other teams use cameras too, they just never got caught or had someone tell on them.
and after people found out about it, did they stop losing? NO.
actually......they've done as good or better since their first couple games.
and i havent heard any amazing stories about the colts or the steelers this season.

Like does everyone remember when the Colts got in trouble for filming the other team's defense? Yeah! Like no, that so didn't happen. Anyways. Everyone loves jumping on bandwagons and that's fine, because no one gave us a chance of winning last year and we did. Keep the hype away from my team plz and thx.
