I use to but I dont anymore, I never usually wake up in the middle of the night thirsty unless it is really really hot, or if I am really sick, then I do.

I have a bottle of water I refill every night, just in case. Ironically enough the nights I forget to refill it are the nights I tend to wake up, then I have to get up for a drink then I can't get back to sleep

Yes, I can't go to sleep without knowing there's a bottle of water (not a glass, I'm clumsy and over the night dust would get in it) next to me, cos I get thirsty during the night.

sometimes but rearly and i usually leave it miles away from my bed so even if i do wake up id have to either walk around in the middle of the night looking for this glass of water, which seems to be nowhere around when you need it or just go to the kitchen.

I always USED to keep a glass of water by the bed - until I found one of my cats head down in it drinking it.
Since then i have favoured the "keep it in the fridge until needed as the cat can't get in there" approach.

I drink 2 small bottles of chilled water every night. Mostly I don't remember waking up and doing it.

Having a dry mouth is a side effect of some of my medication, as is a taste in the mouth like I've been sucking on a tin can all night.

I never wake during the night for a drink, I don't think a bomb would wake me!! once my head hits the pillow im gone til my alarm rings next morning.
