Just file for divorce. I hope you don't have any children with him.

Boy you made a good choice in marriage here.

You married a bum. You expect him to do the right thing NOW and give you a divorce? He won't change.

You can divorce him anyway - but it'll take longer without his consent. Ask an attorney.

You might be able to have the marriage annuled, if you can prove you never lived together. Investigate that option. Even if you can't, it shouldn't be that hard to get a no-fault divorce, depending on the state you live in, since you've never actually lived in the same household.

Good luck.

Maybe you got married at the wrong time.Whatever the reason for not living together it must be hard to have a marriage..why dont you go see him and talk it over in person?over the phone just isnt the same. you need to figure out where you want to live, is this the kind of marriage you want to have? could he be seeing someone else? ask him what he wants, does he want a wife that he doesnt live with, is he happy with you? if he really cares then you would be with him.good luck.

Sister. You are flogging a dead horse here. love never sits idle when it can move to its destination. I dont think his mother can be held accountable for him. He is he and it was always up to him to put his sh%t down so he can be with you. Husbands have responsibilities to their wives, and obligations they must keep in order to maintain a healthy marriage. Yours is past its use-by date I am sorry to say. Take the bull by the horns and annul that piece of paper or you will continue to think yourself a fool to have so much faith. Leave the rest to God....he never gets it wrong

file for divorce anyway on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour and irreconsilable differences. if you have never lived together you are not even commonlaw man and wife so you should get quick judgement in your favour.
