We have to feed our pets. They are our responsibility.
The staving people to which you refer belong to other Countries who have a responsibility toward them.
We can't do everything but we can make sure we take care of our own.

Because if we didn't we would have that many people PLUS that 50,000 or more animals per day dying and overrunning everything...

they're not people, they're corporations who sale the products...and farms that grow the materials...but they refuse to produce a surpluss of their products because prices will fall. it's cheaper to them to store it then to transport it to 3rd world nations.
