also i have stupid voices that say stupid things i disagree!
a part of me find funny many things and i cannot be serious

oh...skip saying anything about the voices like im "crazy" or any psychological term , skip that please

i also have self confidence issues when i know..... i shouldnt have!

well.. at a guess without actually meeting you I'd say you are a highly intelligent introvert. Nothing wrong with you.. you just need to learn to control your mind... I used to have many of the same problems you have. I didn't call them voices.. I called them personalities... and when they started arguing I decided I had had enough and made it a point to integrate them all into one voice... and I willed and thought my way to that. After that I found it easier and easier to control my mind.

It's pretty important that you figure out your own way to start to find control... because people like you and I who are very in-tune with our inner workings are much more likely to turn to drug use and the likes as a means of outside control... don't be that guy.

My guess is that you suffer from Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder (OCD). Medication can help.

As for your other symptoms, mention them to your doctor.

Best wishes, and God bless,

Randy
