a few months ago My ex went up north to visit the her new love of her life! But I didnt feel right, when she was too come back she said that she wasnt feeling well and she was having really bad menstrual pain and bleeding and throwing up. I asked her friend if she had one becasue I found pregnancy tests hidden in her bathroom and she had yet to say yes or no to having an abortion! Should I assume she had one or is there a agency i can call to find out if she had one? Do they keep track of that kind of stuff?!

No. Medical records are private. It does sound like she could have though. My step-daughter's best friend had the same symptoms when she had an abortion and she was at our house claiming that she had a bad period.

Unfortunately, the only way to find out is if she tells you or her friend spills the beans. The agancy that gave her one (if she did in fact get one) is bound by a confidentiality clause. They will not release any info on even if she was there to anyone but her. Sorry.

i believe abortions are confidential. they cant give out any info on the patiences. just like a doctors office.

when i was pregnant withmine my husband (now ex) called the doctor to find out the results of my glocose test and they couldnt give it out.

so about the only way to find out if she had is for her to tell you.

im not sure this helped any but i hope it did.

There are privacy laws called "HIPAA" that only allow a clinic to release information to anyone other than the patient if the patient has signed a release. So no, you could not find out unless she signed a release form.

Medical information is confidential, if you wanna know talk to her about it, maybe she will tell you the truth. But if she is your EX then maybe its none of your business, unless you think she had an abortion while she was pregnant with your baby. Talk to her without being angry or judgemental.

Legally you can't be told anything. Have you ever heard of HIPPA? This law exists to protect a persons right to privacy with all medical concerns. You shouldn't be trying to find out behind her back anyhow. You need to sit her down and have a real conversation. If she's hiding something like that from you, then there are bigger problems that need to be dealt with.

Of course agencies keep track of that, but due to client confidentiality and laws they cannot give you that information.

No. The only one who can have access to your records besides you is a parent if you are a minor or a guardian or someone whom you have signed a paper with granting them access.

It's medical and completely confidential. There is no way to find out unless she tells, sorry.

No, there is no agency you can call.

Move on and find a girl who loves you and you can love and forget the old one.
