I don't think we should 'kick' them out, however, I see absolutely nothing wrong with hoping for that next big quake.

If you do kick San Francisco out of the U.S., please kick it to Mexico or Central America or someplace, OK? Or maybe to Columbia, right close to the suppliers. Incidentally, we already have one of those shooting galleries in Vancouver, Canada. You wouldn't want to take Vancouver, would you? We'll throw in a few hundred drug addicts and dealers, and any amount of social workers you want for free.
