Regardless of ones views on alcohol, amendments to the constitution should not be made to TAKE AWAY rights from the citizens. The 18th amendment was the only one to do so. For this reason alone, I would oppose any amendment to the constitution that would prohibit the burning of the flag or abortion or any other issue that would result in the taking away a right from the citizens.

If you oppose something, then pass a law to outlaw it. If it withstands an appeal to its constitutionality, then fine, let it be law. But DO NOT use the constitution as a means to limit civil liberties. There are other avenues for that.

The 18th, by far. It's a prime example of the federal government imposing morality on the people. And actually, it's being discussed again - gay marriage and abortion. I'm personally against both gay marriage and abortion, but I don't believe the federal government has any right to dictate our we live our lives. These are questions of morality and as such, will be between each individual person and God upon their judgement.

The 19th should've actually been in the Bill of Rights. Anyone ever heard of Molly Pitcher?

The 18th amendment because it made the economy worse and it was repealed in 1933. It also created a lot of chaos.
