..but we question the words in the Bible?

Let me add that it's not so much that you believe it but are proned to pick it up and read it faster than a Bible which was written by man and inspired by God.

I guess after getting burned by false reporting in the magazines and newspapers, we have learned that just because it is printed, we know that does not make it true.

I think your argument falls down on the 'we believe everything we read' part.

I have about as much faith in newspapers and magazines as I do in the bible and personally feel they're both full of biased rubbish.
