Frivolous lawsuits! Whereby, people take each other to court and sue for ridiculous, unsubstantiated reasons! I admire the way the Germans handle this. If one should lose such a lawsuit in Germany, he/she [complainant] must pay the court costs of the other person, found not guilty [defendant]. It's due to this action, that eliminates bogus lawsuits in Germany. In the US, however, the lawyers get rich, by defending drummed-up offences by unscrupulous individuals. The defendant here gets hammered by defending himself/herself, and must pay his own defence lawyer and court expenses out of his own pocket.

your accuser must stay in jail with you in case they are lying..I spent 37 days in jail and found not guilty..they didn't even do a back ground check on my accusers..hell the pigs didn't even interview me..they just charged me..sorry but I should be able to beat them with a stick for at least 2 minutes ..change all the laws..bring back dueling..pistols at high noon..
