According to what I just read on Yahoo News, according to some in Congress if you're a black convicted felon on probation, and you and a couple of your black buddies beat a white guy for supposedly putting a noose in a tree, you should not have your probation violated and sent back to jail.
If I am a convicted white patriotic felon on probation and I beat up somebody for burning the American flag, will Congress also back me and say I should not be sent back to jail for violating my probation?

I wish I could insert the article, but I'm not computer savvy enough (I'm one of those dumb, hick, Southern, red-staters the libs keep talking about). Anyway if you go to Yahoo News right now, it's out there.
