I have to pace back and forth (it's more like stomping) and utter ugly and/or naughty words under my breath until I've let off some steam...usally takes about 10 minutes.

I used to love to slam doors and cupboards, but it scares and even pisses other people off...which in turn made me even more angry due to embarrassment for acting so childishly.

After I let off steam, I go to my room and sit quietly for a moment. Then I turn on the component and listen to classical music. They help assuage my anger and ease the tension from my body.

I hit the wall if it's made of wood. Or, the table if the wall was made of cement. If both the wall and table are made of stronger material than wood, then the one I am mad at better make himself scarce.

I find physical activity helps a lot. I either run or do a mad job of house cleaning.

decide not to be disturbed by it otherwise am allowing the anger to win over me (then i become even more upset) so i kill it soonest it starts and am back on my feet.

more work out such as running helps for extreme anger. (but i rarely get to this stage- thankfully)

I run as fast as can. Then I return to my natural jovial state. Or, if I can't run, I take a cold shower.
