I am going up there with some friends and we were told we were being given a 2 bedroom executive level suite. I'm a little skeptical because I can't find anything online about it!

Paris is a very nice 4 star hotel, and while I would not stake my life on it, I think you can be certain that Paris does have 2 bedroom suites(at a minimum).
You didn't say "who" was "giving" you the suite?
