I saw this old man at Walgreens a month or so ago. He was all alone trying to decide which bandaids to buy. He'd pick one package up and bring it really close to his face to read it and then do the same to another one. It made me cry that he had lived this long life, had so many stories to tell, but was shopping for bandaids alone. I don't know why, but that struck me as so sad. I cried when I got back out to the car and my husband gave me this look like I was nuts.

I completely agree with you on that. The only time i ever have cried in the last 10 years is probably when i lost someone. Not necessarily death, but just losing people i care about in general (dissolving long and very close friendships as well as death). But especially when my dog had to be put to sleep. I have to admit that. That one hit me. But I don't think I've ever cried over a girl.

When someone doesn't know how to play a string intrument, and still does it.. I cry my eyes out lol.. Hell my ears would bleed... And when someone plays it beautifully, I'd cry too.. I cried watching Andre Rieu play The Blue Danube.. Really..
Death makes everyone cry, and if you lost someone.. I'm sorry for your loss 3

I think being a man has nothing to do with it. Crying is just being sad to an extreme. I've cried over books, movies, women, all of that. It shouldn't mess with your masculinity to cry.

Many, many things make me cry but if anything bad happened to my kids or grandkids, that would for sure make me cry. The clutter in and around my house also makes me cry, but that's my husbands fault.

I cried in pain Sunday night, which speaks volumes because I have a high pain tolerance.
